Returns

We want you to be happy with FanGear Club Canada gear. This page describes how returns and exchanges work for merchandise purchased through fangearclub.ca when live commerce is enabled. This static demo does not ship physical goods.

Eligibility: Unused items in original condition with tags attached may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery, except final sale items clearly marked at purchase. Hygiene-sensitive items such as worn headwear or opened mouthguards may be non-returnable once packaging is broken.

How to start a return: Email returns@fangearclub.ca with your order number, the items you wish to return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange. We will send a prepaid return label for most Canadian addresses when the return is approved.

Refunds: After we receive and inspect the return, refunds are applied to the original payment method within ten (10) business days. Shipping charges from the original order may be non-refundable unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong product.

Exchanges: If you need a different size, we recommend requesting an exchange in the same email thread so we can hold inventory when possible. Popular sizes during playoffs may sell out quickly.

In-store kiosk: Selected online purchases may be returned to our kiosk at CF Sherway Gardens, Etobicoke, ON, with proof of purchase. Hours follow mall operations.

Damaged or defective items: Contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at no charge, including return shipping.
