These terms govern your use of fangearclub.ca and related services operated by Digital Eagle Inc. from Canada. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Product listings, images, and descriptions are for demonstration on this static build. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Colours may vary by screen. We may correct errors in pricing or availability and cancel orders that were clearly mispriced, with notice where practicable.

Demo checkout does not process real payments. Do not enter real card numbers, government identifiers, or sensitive authentication data. Any order confirmation shown after checkout is simulated for design review only.

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities, overload infrastructure, scrape in a way that harms performance, or use automated means contrary to our robots.txt. Fan club and blog content may not be reproduced for commercial training of AI systems without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in your province, Digital Eagle Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater — except where liability cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Courts in Toronto, Ontario, have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you reside.
